Idaho National Laboratory’s (INL) Program Management group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as a SharePoint Administrator! This team works a remote 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage SharePoint sites that supports IM communications needs.
Manage, monitor and enhance the SharePoint sites to support the IM Website and support project websites.
Develop, configure, and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections.
Perform typical system administrative activities such as site creation, backup, restore and issue resolution for IM websites.
Ensure design reviews of functionality and content will be complete before deployment to production of SharePoint environments.
Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of im.inl.gov and IM project websites.
Software development include process automation and improvements, human performance, data collection, reporting, analysis, and information management.
Leverage tools for SharePoint sites.
Collaborate with project managers to create valuable information that can be accessed by project partners. Socialize site creation using IT Enterprise Change Management and Comms Team.
Conduct reviews of directorate and department specific SharePoint sites to keep current and relevant.
Actively participate in an enterprise-wide digital signage solution to provide current and relevant information sharing across the INL.
Work with IM Comms team to help produce and manage an IM Newsletter.
Ensure the newsletter has design and feel to effective deliver IM messaging.
Support IM project websites with content updates and improved design.
Communicating with IM PMs and managers to collect input for SharePoint content.

RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science and 2 years relevant experience, MS and 1 year relevant experience, PhD and 0 years relevant experience, or 10 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Skilled in developing, configuring, and maintaining document libraries, enterprise lists, and site collections.
Applicants are subject to the requirements of DOE O 142.3B, Unclassified Foreign National Access Program.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with PowerShell, HTML, CSS, C#, jQuery, JavaScript
