Biography
Ryan E. Grant is an Assistant Professor at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario Canada. He has over 15 years of experience in power/energy-related research. His research focuses on high performance networking and power management for Extreme-scale systems. He leads several API specifications efforts including Power API and the partitioned communications chapter of the MPI specification body. Ryan has published several papers on the topic of power/energy management techniques on large-scale HPC systems.
