Biography
Dr. Banani Roy is an assistant professor and the director of the interactive software engineering and analytics lab at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. She is working with cutting-edge research in the area of Data Analytics platforms and frameworks. She worked with Software Analytics with a focus on human and interactive aspects. Her research interest includes Engineering Interactive Systems, Software Re-engineering, Big Data Analytics, Scientific workflow, Provenance, Empirical Software Engineering, and so on. She is actively involved in the organization of scientific conferences as a member and chair of steering committees.
