
Biography
Narangerelt Batsoyol is a 4th-year Ph.D. student in the NVSL lab at UC San Diego, advised by Professor Steven Swanson. Her research interest lies in designing innovative applications and systems by exploiting the underlying storage technology characteristics. Narangerelt's latest research focused on building a real-time web-based protein search system using non-volatile memories.
Before joining UCSD, she worked on wireless sensor networks during her master's program at Ewha Woman's University in South Korea. She also worked as a Line Corporation software engineer on building a real-time messaging platform.
