Biography
Neïl Zaim obtained his Master’s degree in Physics at the Ecole Centrale de Paris (France) and his Ph.D. at the Paris-Saclay University (France). He is now a post-doc at CEA-Saclay (France). He performs very large-scale numerical simulations in order to develop advanced plasma-based techniques for accelerating particles and probing strong-field Quantum Electrodynamics. He is one of the developers of the massively parallel, open-source, WarpX Particle-In-Cell code.
