Biography
Dr. Florian Berberich is the Operations Director of PRACE aisbl, chiefly in charge of the Peer Review Team and processess of PRACE. B3fore that, he was the project manager of the PRACE Implementation Phase projects. Since October 2015 he became a member of the Board of Directors of PRACE aisbl. Since March 2018 he is PRACE aisbl Council Secretary. He is working for the PRACE Project Management Office at Forschungszentrum Juelich - JSC, since 2008. He finished his PhD in Physics at the Technical University of Dresden in 2002. He worked as Post-Doc at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility, France before he became assistant at Forschungszentrum Juelich in 2004.
