Presenter

Oguz Selvitopi received his BS degree from Marmara University, Computer Science and Engineering Department, Istanbul, Turkey in 2008, and MS and PhD degrees from Bilkent University, Computer Engineering Department, Ankara, Turkey, in 2010 and 2016, respectively. His research interests are parallel computing, scientific computing, parallel and distributed systems, and bioinformatics. He is currently a post-doctoral fellow in Computational Research Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
