Diangen Lin is an undergraduate student studying Molecular Engineering and Physics at The University of Chicago. She was a research intern in the Data Science and Learning Division at Argonne National Laboratory for two summers and worked on deep-learning-mediated protein design and hyperparameter optimization for neural networks. Diangen is interested in research in quantum physics, single-molecule biophysics, and applying artificial intelligence to solve scientific problems.
