Biography
I am currently a second-year Ph.D. student at the University of Florida in Computer Science being advised by Dr. My T. Thai in the Adaptive Learning and Optimization Lab. I am a 2021 graduate of Claflin University holding degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, respectively. My interests lie at the intersection of cybersecurity and its applications to blockchain technology in a combined effort to further secure and optimize Federated Learning algorithms. I am looking for research opportunities within the areas of cybersecurity, machine learning, and blockchain. Aside from my university research, I am also interested in the broader scope of computer architecture and hardware security. My work thus far includes internships with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (4), the Space Dynamics Laboratory (1), and NSF-funded Undergraduate Research at Claflin University (2).
