Karsten Kutzer
Biography
Karsten Kutzer is a Presales Technical Consultant at Lenovo, working as an architect in High Performance Computing (HPC). His experience in HPC goes back more than 20 years, when he was working for IBM services and implemented large HPC systems at customers. Later, he became an architect in a pre-sales role for IBM's BlueGene systems. In his current role at Lenovo, he is responsible for designing x86 CPU and GPU based HPC systems, covering servers, interconnect, software stack, service and infrastructure concepts. His special area of interest is Energy Efficiency through optimized usage of the hardware and re-use concepts for the heat generated in data centers.
