Biography
George Papadimitriou is a 5th year PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Southern California (USC).
In 2017 he joined USC and the Science Automation Technologies group, and he started working with Dr. Ewa Deelman on topics of online performance monitoring and analysis of large scale scientific workflow executions. Since then he has worked on improving scientific workflow performance on high performance computing (HPC) systems and educational clouds (e.g., Chameleon) through workflow level optimization and network performance optimizations.
