Dr. Jens Glaser is a Computational Scientist in the Advanced Computing for Chemistry and Materials group at the National Center for Computational Sciences, where his research interests involve AI for Science and the development of novel algorithms for biological and soft matter simulation. Jens obtained his doctorate in physics from Leipzig University in Germany. He received postdoctoral training at the University of Minnesota and as Assistant Research Scientist at the University of Michigan. A common thread in his research is the use of massively parallel approaches to solve molecular-scale problems.
