Aditya Kashi is a scientist working on scalable numerical algorithms. His current interests include scalable numerical linear algebra, benchmarking, research software engineering as well as artificial intelligence techniques for solving partial differential equations. Aditya completed his PhD with a thesis on parallel solvers in computational fluid dynamics at McGill University, Montreal. Prior to that, he completed his Master of Science at NC State University, Raleigh, and his bachelor of engineering at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India. During and after his PhD, he also worked in the aerospace and simulation industries on computational problems, before joining Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany, for post-doctoral work on fine-grain parallel linear solvers and batched sparse iterative solvers for graphics processing units.
