Kelly Keene Werner is an Associate Scientist at NCAR and a member of the WRF Model Development and Community Support group. She has 10 years of experience in this position and in working with WRF code and teaching WRF tutorials around the world. She has been collaborating closely with AWS colleagues for the past 3 years, as part of an NSF-funded project specific to development, testing, and support of the WRF model in a cloud-computing environment. She has an M.S. degree in Atmospheric Science from Texas A&M University
