Biography
Dr. Anshu Dubey is a Computational Scientist in the Mathematics and Computer Science Division at Argonne National Laboratory and a Senior Scientist in the Computer Science Department at the University of Chicago with wide experience in design, architecture, and sustainability of multiphysics scientific software. She received her Ph.D. degree in 1993 in Computer Science at Old Dominion University. She is the chief software architect for FLASH (old version) and Flash-X (new version), multiphysics multicomponent software used by several science domains including astrophysics, cosmology, solar physics, bio-mechanical systems, computational fluid dynamics, and laser plasma experiments. She serves on the editorial boards of some of the leading journals in HPC. She has also served as the lead for Earth and Space Science Applications in the Exascale Computing Project.
