Jean-Luc Vay is a Senior Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where he leads the Accelerator Modeling Program in the Accelerator Technology and Applied Physics Division. He is the lead PI of the Exascale Computing Project application WarpX and of the SciDAC-5 project CAMPA. He received his Master's degree and his Ph.D., both in Physics, from the University of Paris (France).
