Biography
Remi Lehe obtained his Master’s degree in Physics at the Ecole Normale Superieure (France) and his Ph.D. at the Ecole Polytechnique (France).
He is now a researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where his work focuses on simulations of plasma-based accelerators. In particular, he actively researches new numerical methods that improve the efficiency and robustness of Particle-In-Cell methods. He is also a core developer for several open-source codes that are widely used in the laser-plasma community, including FBPIC, openPMD-viewer and the massively parallel code WarpX.
