Exhibitor Housing

All SC22 hotels are located in downtown Dallas, with thousands of rooms near the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. The conference assists exhibitors who need blocks of 10+ rooms through a special early-request process. Exhibitors who need less than 10 rooms can use the regular housing reservation process, which opens on June 1, 2022. Companies holding signed agreements with SC22 will be invited to submit early sleeping room block requests; details will be emailed to the primary exhibitor contact. Sleeping room blocks are allocated according to each company’s accumulated “SC exhibitor priority points.”

According to SC policy, for returning exhibitors, you will be limited to the number of rooms your group actualized per night over SC19, with a maximum 10% increase to account for growth. Deadlines and details will be provided to all exhibitors holding a signed agreement with SC22.

SC22 has only one authorized contractor for arranging hotel rooms: onPeak. The conference is not responsible for hotels or rates offered by travel agents or other organizations who say they are speaking on behalf of SC22. To avoid potential problems with your reservation, please be sure to use the forms distributed by onPeak.

When you request the rooms via the Exhibitor Housing Form, you agree to cancellation penalties if rooms are canceled or unused. Hotel sleeping room cancellations will be charged by onPeak according to the designated dates below:

• All reservations require a valid method of payment (credit card) by August 13, 2022 to continue holding the rooms. You will not be charged at this time.
• Reservations can be modified or canceled without penalty until September 16, 2022. At this time all reservations must have valid names, any reservation without a name will be canceled and will not be reinstated.
• Starting September 17, 2022 onPeak will charge a non-refundable cancellation fee of $125 per reservation to the payment method on file.
• Reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation penalty by the hotel of one night’s room rate and tax.
