Reserve Your Hotel
SC22 has room blocks reserved at hotels in the vicinity of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (view hotel map). A range of prices and hotel types are available. Hotel reservations can be made using onPeak’s Compass reservation system.
Know Before You Book
Both attendee and government rates are available through onPeak.
onPeak is the only authorized contractor for arranging hotel rooms for SC22.
The conference is not responsible for hotels or rates offered by travel agents or other organizations who say they are speaking on behalf of SC22.
To avoid potential problems with your reservation, please be sure to use the onPeak reservation system.
Attendees are encouraged to review individual hotel policy regarding changes and cancellations as part of completing their reservation.
Shuttle Buses
SC provides shuttle bus service from select hotels to and from the convention center. Shuttles run every 15-30 minutes. There is no shuttle service from the Omni or Aloft Dallas.
Shuttle Bus Schedule:
- Sunday: 7 am–5:30 pm
- Monday: 7 am–10 pm
- Tuesday: 7 am–8 pm
- Wednesday: 7 am–8 pm
- Thursday: 7 am–6 pm
- Friday: 8 am–1 pm
Exhibitor Housing
Exhibitors who need less than 10 rooms can use the housing reservation process provided here beginning June 1, 2022.
Exhibitors requiring more than 10 rooms may request room blocks starting March 21, 2022 using the process outlined on the Exhibitor Housing page.
