Conference Venue

Located in the heart of downtown, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas is close to hotels, dining, attractions, shopping, and public transportation.

The convention center is just 30 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) airport and seven minutes from Dallas Love Field (DAL) airport, with several public transportation options readily available. Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) has a light rail station at the convention center, and a free D-Link shuttle bus to area shopping and entertainment.

The AT&T Discovery District is a recent addition to downtown Dallas offering new dining experiences. Just a few blocks from the convention center, you can find everything from high-end steak and seafood to tacos, falafels, waffles, pizza, and more, or meet friends for a refreshing beverage and conversation.

A quiet room is a physical space where conversation and interaction are not allowed, where attendees can go for quiet time, meditation, or similar activities.

Child Care

Child care services are available via KiddieCorp in the convention center to registered attendees and exhibitors. For a small fee, children between the ages of 6 months and 12 years can participate.

Family Resources


Shuttle Buses

SC provides shuttle bus service from select hotels to and from the convention center. Shuttles run every 15-30 minutes. There is no shuttle service from the Omni or Aloft Dallas.

  • Monday: 7 am–10 pm
  • Tuesday: 7 am–8 pm
  • Wednesday: 7 am–8 pm
  • Thursday: 7 am–6 pm

Parking

At the convention center, the parking garage and three surface parking lots (Lots C, D, and E) can accommodate almost any vehicle.

  • Upon entering, push the button on the machine and pull your ticket.
  • Park your vehicle, take your ticket with you, and remember to secure your belongings and lock your doors.
  • Enjoy your time at SC.
  • When you are ready to leave, pay for your parking at a pay station or at the exit.
